Our office is located on the corner of Sheppard and Yonge, next door to the Family Court and Small Claims Court and right near the Subway Station.

  • A Public Notary can come to your home or business, for a quick and convenient appointment. Fees are subject to availability and distance.



Client Checklist

Please follow the guidelines to ensure that your appointment can be completed in the minimum amount of time.

  1. For the quickest service, please call ahead to book an appointment.
  2. Make sure that all documents are completed before arriving at our office, EXCEPT for the signature and date.
  3. Bring along I.D. The Notary cannot witness any transaction, legal papers etc, unless there is proper proof that the individual is who he/she claim to be.
  4. The person signing the document must be present. We cannot notarize a document if the person signing it is not present.
  5. DO NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENT UNLESS IN THE PRESENT OF A NOTARY.
  6. Nussbaum Law accepts all major credit cards, cash or checks.
  7. Our office hours of operation are M-F from 8:30-6:30
